July 9th......A day that will live in infamy as the day I posted my first real blog post. Bear with me as I learn the ins and outs of blogland. Being a not so computer savvy person, I'm sure I will make tons of mistakes but hopefully you will find my little corner of the world entertaining enough to come by once in a while and see what's happening.
I live in a small town in Missouri about an hour away from Kansas City. Far enough to enjoy the country yet close enough to go to the city if need be. I can see farm fields from my front door and tree lines from the back deck. My two cats, Cricket and Maxine keep me company and entertained at the same time. In my mind it's just about perfect.
I sew, quilt, garden, craft, read and in general just enjoy each day as it comes. The life of leisure........NOT! Seems like there is always something to do and not enough time to do it.
- Now that I've filled you in a little about me I want to begin this first post with what I received in the mail today.

Yeah that looks like it will be fun to stitch. Yeah I made it. You are doing fine with putting it together. We will try to get together some time this week to go over anything you want to. Oh you will be getting something else in the mail this week also. I will be sending out your frindship FQ's on Monday and I hope you like them.....
